How is the uptime device connected to the network?

Each device is supplied with a router and its 3G subscription. If a GSM installation with a pre-existing voice + data subscription, we can associate the device data with it at no extra cost. Conversely, the uptime GSM gateway can be used for the remote alarm and therefore sold to the customer.

No. To benefit from the latest features, the connected uptime device is updated regularly and remotely. We don't need to act on it or physically replace it once it's installed.
